Occupational Health Assessments and Services

For nearly 10 years Frey & Associates have provided a number of occupational health related services to some of Canada’s leading organizations. Standardized tests and clinical interviews are used to assess employees  for reasons such as mandated fitness for duty, access to weapons,  and numerous special unit assignments (e.g. - ERT, undercover operator,  intelligence, United Nations and foreign postings). We also provide  treatment interventions for individuals diagnosed with an occupational  stress injury (e.g. - PTSD, Adjustment Disorder, etc.).

Critical  Incident Stress Management

CISM  is a comprehensive multicomponent crisis response program that is  primarily used with emergency service workers, police and the military.  CISM aims to restore an individual's normal health, to prevent traumatic  stress effects, and to help facilitate recovery and productivity.
