Child Custody and Access

A  typical child custody evaluation involves extensively interviewing  the children, both parents individually, and each parent in the  children's presence. Additionally, extensive collateral documents  such as court pleadings and motions, school and medical records  are also reviewed and analyzed. We contact a number of collateral  sources such as teachers, therapists, police agencies, etc. Finally,  we administer multiple objective psychological tests to assist in  the assessment. As forensic psychologists, we are experts in psycholegal  matters and are obligated to recommend what is best for the children,  regardless of who requests the evaluation.

Technical  Analysis

Comprehensive  analysis and expert testimony for already completed child custody  assessments, dangerous offender applications, occupational health  and personal injury assessments.

Motor  Vehicle and Personal Injury

A  number of psychological conditions can impact an individual's interpersonal  and occupational world. We typically evaluate, measure and testify  about the extent of the psychological trauma and its relation to  a triggering event (e.g. - occupational or motor vehicle accident).

Dangerous  Offender

We are  frequently used to assess the risk of violence in forensic, correctional  and clinical settings.
